Soundtrack Sunday

I always say that my life has a soundtrack.  I need music almost all the time- while studying, while walking to class, even when falling asleep.  I also tend to hum or sing randomly, usually without conscious thought (probably a result of my choir days).  My roommate has to point it out, because apparently it can be a wee bit annoying (woops!).  So I thought it would be fun to do a weekly "Soundtrack Sunday," sharing a song that has been stuck in my head, defined, or provided inspiration for the week.

This week's song is "Don't Stop Believing" originally sung by Journey, but this one by Glee:

I just got Season 1, so I've been re-watching a lot of old episodes (I'm such a Gleek!). I've also been super-stressed this week about my future, so it's been my theme song for the week.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

xoxo,

New AMAZING Stationery Find: Paperless Post

While Emily Post may not fully approve of electronic Thank You cards, Paperless Post has taken e-cards to a classically new level.  I don't even remember how I discovered this site, but I'm so glad I did!  The designs are amazing! They look very much like what Crane products would look like if they ever went electronic.  The graphics are very crisp, the designs classic, and best of all, you can completely personalize EVERY aspect of your card.  You can even send your card in an envelop, with its own personal liner.  I had so much fun making cards: You can also make invitations and such! It's so much fun to play away with the custom features! xoxo,

Nothing Plain about Kenneth Jay Lane

Looking to add a touch of the whimsy, glamor, and elegance of Kenneth Jay Lane jewelry but don't want to pay net-a-porter prices? Then look no further than etsy!  Etsy truly has some incredible finds (including a vintage Dior sailboat scarf for $4.99! ), and its selection of Kenneth Jay Lane vintage jewelry is wonderful! Here are some of my favorites. (1)  starfish pendant  $33, (2) lion head door knocker earrings $23, (3) faux pearl floral necklace $55,  (4) Jackie Kennedy faux pearl necklace $150, (5) runway necklace $200 , (6) circus elephant pin $125 xoxo,
