Tortoise Shell-Shocked

I consider tortoise shell up there with pearl, tweed, and herringbone as wardrobe pattern/texture staples.  Multi-tonal, it has the ability to complement almost any color and is now incorporated into a myriad of different products.  From shoes to glasses (drinking and sun), you can make tortoise shell your go-to pattern of choice in almost any aspect of your life.  For the truly obsessed, you can try your hand at tortoise shell nails.

I may pass on the complicated nail experiment, but I couldn't pass up these Ralph Lauren beauties (on sale!).
I mean, they're a classic....

New AMAZING Stationery Find: Paperless Post

While Emily Post may not fully approve of electronic Thank You cards, Paperless Post has taken e-cards to a classically new level.  I don't even remember how I discovered this site, but I'm so glad I did!  The designs are amazing! They look very much like what Crane products would look like if they ever went electronic.  The graphics are very crisp, the designs classic, and best of all, you can completely personalize EVERY aspect of your card.  You can even send your card in an envelop, with its own personal liner.  I had so much fun making cards: You can also make invitations and such!
